Summary
Amends the:
Personal Property Securities Act 2009
to: provide that the Act commences before the Personal Property Securities national online register is available for public use; and make consequential amendments; and
Personal Property Securities (Corporations and Other Amendments) Act 2010
to make a consequential amendment.
